Loren Cheng used to be an engineer. After driving product managers and marketers crazy with his questions of "Why?", he became a product manager himself 10 years ago, and has continued to ask "Why?" ever since. In just about every role, he has created teams and processes that fast-track research, innovation, and execution. That makes working as a Product Manager on the Platform team a dream job. He deeply believes that developers are the heart of PayPal's next wave of creativity and looks forward to talking with each and every one of you at Innovate 2009.
